Hello Kori!

Things have been nice. Besides the rain last week. Talk about chilly. How are you?

[wanderstars]

That was unfortunate weather. But I'm glad no one was injured, and that people were so willing to help one another.

I'm alright. Two friends of mine have vanished and I was worried that they were hurt during the storm, but I think they just went home, is all.

[shemara]

I'm sorry to hear about your friends. I know how lonely it can be when people leave.

Do you want to do something? I'd love to spend more time with you.

I would like that, if you're not busy? But we can meet later, it doesn't have to be now.

[shemara]

No I'm free. Where would you like to go? We could relax. Or we could do something more active?

[wanderstars]

Oh, that would be nice. We could spar, or go jogging somewhere? I enjoy swimming too. Do you like doing any of those things?

[shemara]

I haven't sparred against someone in a while. Not since I arrived here at least. That could be fun.

But I was talking about the arcade. I have heard the games there are fun but I've never gone. They say there is one that challenges you to dance.

[wanderstars]

Oh! That does sound like fun! I've never been to the arcade, or played any dance games. Let's do that instead.

[shemara]

Great! We'll learn all about it together. It's in the entertainment district. I can meet you there in a half-hour?

[wanderstars]

That is perfect for me. I'll find the arcade and will be there waiting for you in thirty minutes.

[ Maybe less than that, as Kori just takes the time to change into something nicer, and after that she simply flies out to the entertainment district, asking around until she's directed to the arcade. ]

[Mara doesn't really have much in the way of clothing, so Kori may notice she'd wearing the same outfit as she had before, but it's cleaned! Of course her hair is taking a bit longer to dry after her shower than she'd planned, but at least she got it pulled up. She shows up not long after Kori, hair still damp to the point Mara is brushing her sticking bangs off her forehead.]

Kori, hi! I hope you weren't waiting long?

[wanderstars]

[ She does notice, but of course doesn't mind. Kori, on the other hand, loves dressing up, whether for herself or for others. Plus, this is technically a date (... kind of, right), so of course she used the opportunity to wear something nicer and different. ]

No, I got here only minutes ago.

[ She steps closer and leans in for a kiss, reaching for Mara's hand without even thinking about it. ]

Should we go in now, or would you like to go somewhere else first?

[shemara]

[Mara didn't expect a kiss, but she's very happy to have it. She leans in and kissing Kori back with a gentle smile. She looks Kori over, a little blush. on her cheeks.]

You look lovely.

[And that is not what Kori asked Mara, try again.]

I...I mean I did want to try that dance game out. We could play and then take a walk to get something to eat. There's a restaurant nearby.

[ Well maybe it's not what she asked, but she certainly loves hearing it. She smiles easily at the compliment, tilting her head slightly. ]

[ Doesn't matter what Mara's wearing, she just is lovely regardless. Especially with that cute blush. ]

I'm not very hungry yet, so that's perfect. Have you ever played these games before?

[It's very hard not to blush when Kori is smiling at her like that, and Mara can't help it. But she squeezes Kori's hand and shakes her head.]

No, I've never really played these types of games. That's why I've been wanting to try them. So we'll both be new...but don't think that means I'll go easy on you, Kori. I'm in this to win.
